You must be at least 18 years of age to submit the content.

 When you submit your game or animation they must be your own original work. If you submit a game or animation you did not develop,  your game or animation will be deleted.

You agree that you are solely responsible for your submission.

Your game or animation can't just be a huge ad for your website or somebody else's website or auto spawn a pop up to your website. 

Your submission can't just be a simple demo or preview for your future projects with hardly any content.

Your game or animation shall not contain any amount of pornography or nudity, offensive language, and racial content. 

Your submission must be of .swf  file format only, which should be sent by E-Mail to support@gamesmostwanted.com  for review and publishing in this website incase it is accepted for publication.

gamesmostwanted.com (GMW)  reserves the right to delete any game or animation, edit its description if appropriate, shorten it's name, or make any other necessary changes. However, GMW does not claim any sort of ownership to any game's or animation's which are uploaded, you still retain full ownership.
